We are thrilled to announce our 2018 charity program. We donate $100 BZD for every night you stay with us. If you are staying at Royal Belize in the coming months, we invite you to take a look at the charities we will be working with and ask you to match our donations during your stay.
Oceana, founded in 2001, is the largest international organization focused solely on ocean conservation, protecting marine ecosystems & endangered species. Oceana has been in Belize since 2009 advocating for sustainable marine policies.
Cancer Society is located at 11 pine street, Dangriga Town, Stann Creek District. The mission of the society is to establish, promote and further the awareness and treatment of all types of cancer in Belize. It also aims to provide support to the affected and their families.
Help Age helps elderly people through offering food and clothing in Dangriga.
Stann Creek Village's community is working on renovating their basketball court by adding new rims, balls and other court needs so that children and the rest of the community can come together through sports.
The police cadet helps in communities by cleaning the soccer field, town gathering areas, and beaches. With your help, we were able to raise $1,600 for the Police Cadet in the month of May.
Back to School Giveaways
Staff of Royal Belize will purchase back to school supplies for kids in the community.
Faith Assembly of God in Dangriga needs to redesign their church and equipment. This rennovation will help spread the word of God.
At the Maya Center Primary School, they have a minimum of 100 children that attend their school. They are looking for donations to enlarge the library with educational books and to redesign the library house.
Deaf Institution in Spanish Lookout
DISL is a great organization in Cayo that houses 20 plus deaf students, while teaching them sign language as well as a proper education.
Primary School in Spanish Lookout
This is the most modern Mennonite school, with a population in the town of 2,253 peoples.
Pueblo Veio Primary School
This primary school is in Punta Gorda, the most southern part of the country. It’s the second village from the board of Guatemala. The community just starting a food program for the children attending Pueblo Veio to feed them during school days.
Our Christmas giveaways provide gifts for kids in both districts of Dangriga and Punta Gorda.
