INCLUDED IN YOUR NIGHTLY RATE
Your nightly rate includes commuter flights and boat transfer, accommodations, exclusive enjoyment of the entire island, all meals prepared to order by your private island chef, all local beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), personal concierge services, housekeeping, WiFi, unlimited use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, and all other sporting equipment.
The island can hold up to 16 guests. The listed nightly rate includes all-inclusive accommodations for 10 guests. For more than 10 guests, there will be an all-inclusive charge for each additional guest, $199 per adult or $99 per child per night. Infants stay for free.

Rates do not include taxes and are in US dollars. Children stay for half price, infants stay free. Discounts may be available for parties of fewer than six. Contact us for more information. Should your party exceed 16 adults, we can arrange for a yacht to dock at the island for an additional fee. Our sister island, Thatch Caye, is also available for overflow.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. This deposit may be paid by check or wire transfer. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Incidental expenses incurred during your stay may be settled with a credit card, cash, or traveler’s checks.
TERMS
A minimum stay of three nights is required to truly enjoy Royal Belize. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Rate includes 10 adults and up to 6 children under 12. Maximum occupancy is 16 adults and each additional adult over 10 incurs a $199 USD charge per night. Please ask us about accommodating additional children or other exceptions. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation and cancellations are subject to penalties.

Hotel and sales taxes, discretionary gratuities, premium alcoholic beverages, spa services, optional private yacht, additional people exceeding 10 guests, additional boat transfers, off-island tours and activities, and special order food items.
