Begin 2020 with PRIVATE island sound bath yoga. Revitalize and nourish yourself with guided morning vinyasa in the open air over the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Practice meditation while listening to the waves and sound bath work in harmony to end your evening. This is an all-inclusive private island in the heart of the Belize Barrier Reef retreat led by BFREE YOGA owner Shelby Autrey and Sonic Sound Healing owner, Danielle Goldfarb.
Rise, shine, and flow to turquoise waters and island views. Each day will include mid-morning yoga practice on an overwater, open air palapa. We will connect our breath to the true sounds of the ocean and flow through creative and buoyant sequencing to warm your body and set your spirit free to be. Each participant will have opportunity to request some pose, theory, or need and we will allow a generous amount of time to workshop and discuss each of those desires. Lunch and time to explore or rest will be a hearty part of your day and we will cap it off with a meditation sound bath practice. Feel free to enjoy rest or night life. This week is all about you quieting the shoulda, woulda, coulda’s and allowing your own inner wisdom to rise inside of you. From this place you will return home with clarity and ease. Carrying that laid-back, happy, satisfied feeling and having cultivated a deeper understanding of yourself and appreciation of your yoga community.

Meet your hosts
Shelby Autrey : BFree Yoga
Shelby teaches alignment based vinyasa flow, yin, and meditation. She curates a class or pose to honor specific therapeutics so that everyone finds access to an expression of the practice. In 2011, Shelby opened BFREE YOGA in Austin, Texas. She commits to live her life through the lens of yoga to learn, grow, share, and thrive daily. Shelby is an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance and curated and founded BFREEOLOGY 200-hour yoga teacher training school of yoga in 2016. Her teachers are Gioconda Parker and Christina Sell. Shelby has been a nationally certified therapeutic massage therapist focusing on myofascial release and functional movement since 2004. She has led classes with Yoga Journal Magazine at three national conferences and assisted and led at two Wanderlust Yoga Festivals in Colorado.
Danielle Goldfarb : Sonic Sound Healing
Attending sound baths for several months, Danielle realized the immense effects and impact the vibrations had on her life and decided it was time to become a certified sound practitioner and share that gift with others. She plays regularly around Los Angeles at yoga studios, wellness events, retreats and privates, enjoying helping people heal. The benefits of vibrational sound are enormous. As gongs work to clear energy, emotional blocks are removed, freeing up space to create more of what you desire, and simply put, to feel better. Danielle's excited to share the awesome healing powers of sound with you.
